Welcome to BONVOYYA ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking any travel service with us through our website, WhatsApp, email, phone, or in person, you ("Customer" or "Traveler") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
2. Payments
-
A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure reservations.

Full payment must be completed before the travel date as communicated in the booking confirmation.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
3. Pricing

Prices are based on prevailing airfare, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates, and supplier charges at the time of quotation.

Prices may change until the booking is fully confirmed.

Any increase in government taxes, fuel surcharges, visa fees, or currency fluctuations may be charged additionally.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If the Customer cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges may apply:

More than 30 days before departure: Deposit amount or 10% of package cost (whichever is higher)

15–30 days before departure: 25% of package cost

7–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost
-
Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of package cost
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving all required documents and confirmations from suppliers. Visa fees, travel insurance, convenience fees, and non-refundable airline or hotel charges are not refundable.
5. Amendments & Changes

Any request for changes to dates, names, hotels, flights, or itinerary is subject to availability and supplier approval.

Amendment charges may apply in addition to any airline, hotel, or supplier penalties.
6. Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents.

The Company may assist with visa applications; however, visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from visa refusal, delayed visa processing, or denial of entry.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all domestic and international travel. Unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation, insurance is not included in the package price.
8. Airline, Hotel & Third-Party Services

Airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, and other service providers are independent contractors.

The Company acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking, baggage loss, or service deficiencies caused by third-party suppliers.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, flight cancellations, or adverse weather conditions.
10. Traveler Conduct

Travelers must comply with all local laws, immigration rules, airline regulations, and hotel policies.

The Company reserves the right to terminate a traveler's participation in a tour without refund if their behavior is abusive, illegal, unsafe, or disruptive to other travelers.
11. Health & Fitness
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake the booked journey. Any special medical conditions, mobility requirements, or dietary restrictions should be disclosed at the time of booking.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the booking. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, emotional, or incidental damages, including loss of enjoyment, missed connections, loss of income, or additional expenses incurred by the traveler.
13. Complaints & Claims
Any issue during travel must be reported immediately to the Company's support team so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve it. Written complaints submitted after completion of travel must be received within 14 days of return.
14. Privacy
Customer information may be collected and shared with airlines, hotels, visa authorities, transport providers, and other travel partners solely for the purpose of providing travel services. The Company will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Indian privacy laws.
15. Promotional Photography
Photographs or videos taken during group tours may be used for promotional purposes unless the traveler specifically requests otherwise in writing before the tour begins.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or any booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].
